How PrintVoidCheck.com Works
PrintVoidCheck.com operates entirely within your web browser using client-side processing. This means:
- Your data stays on your device. The routing number, account number, and personal information you enter never leave your browser.
- No data storage. When you close the browser tab, your information is gone. We have no way to retrieve it.
- No account required. You don't need to sign up or log in.
What We Don't Collect
We do NOT collect, store, or transmit: bank account numbers, routing numbers, names, addresses, or any information you enter into the check generator.
What We May Collect
Like most websites, we may collect limited, non-personal technical information such as anonymous usage statistics and error logs to improve the service.
Email Collection
When you download a voided check PDF, we ask for your email address. Here's how we handle it:
- What We Collect: Your email address and, optionally, your name (extracted from the check information you provide).
- Why We Collect It: To send you a thank you email, provide service updates, and occasionally share information about our services that may interest you.
- How We Store It: Your email is stored securely in our database. We do not store your banking information (routing/account numbers).
- Third-Party Services: We use Mailgun to deliver emails. Your email address is shared with Mailgun solely for email delivery purposes.
Marketing Communications
By providing your email to download a PDF, you consent to receive occasional marketing emails from us. You can expect:
- Infrequent emails (we respect your inbox)
- An easy unsubscribe option in every email
- No sharing of your email with third parties for their marketing purposes
